Great stay. Clean, quiet and cool on a hot day. Great shower with good pressure and hot water. Welcoming staff!

I love staying at this hotel, but they really need to address the water pressure in the showers. You have to stand extremely close to the showerhead just to rinse off properly. This is my third time staying here, and unfortunately, the water pressure has been the same every time. I really enjoy the hotel otherwise, so I hope this is something they can get fixed.

Check in process, room cleanliness, and the breakfast were great. Why I rated it poor was because at 8am while still sleeping, someone opens the door. They didn’t knock or say anything. Luckily the top lock was locked so they couldn’t come in. A couple minutes later someone was at the door claiming to be from the front desk. No knock on the door, just said they showed the room vacant and wanted to see who was in the room. Without opening the door, I explained that I checked in last night and gave him my last name and that I was checking out that day. He left and I called the front desk about the situation. She thought it was the General Manager and they must have had a mix up of rooms. And again, when I was about to leave the room to check out, someone else opened the door without knocking. It was believed to be a maid but no housekeeping cart was near. So why are the employees and the General Manager just barging into peoples rooms without knocking?!?!?? Ridiculous and unprofessional people. If you stay at this hotel, I would highly recommend to lock your doors at all times!!
