Hotel staff was amazing and the manager solve an issue I had first hand. She left the nail salon to come to property to accommodate me! I couldn’t ask for better.

Stayed two nights. Clean and quiet. Nice location and helpful staff. Breakfast was good with both hot and cold items. Water pressure in shower was not that great. Good location. Last night we were there a severe thunderstorm moved through the area and caused the power to go out in the hotel. Stayed off the entire evening and was still out when we left the next morning, and it seemed to be only a few business effected. We had just thought that a hotel staff would have gone to the rooms to check on the guests and to let them Know any updates at least once in the night. But they did not. But there might have only been one on that night and could not leave the desk.

The stay was a complete foul up. Took 20 minutes to get checked in. We had to go to 5 rooms before we found one clean. Tv did not work and couldn’t call office because the phone was broken. No shampoo in the room. The manager said she was going to comp the room because of all the trouble but she didn’t. I canceled my reservation for the next week and the hotel still wants to charge us anyway. I suggest that no one ever use this hotel chain.
