Unfortunately, this was not the best Courtyard Marriott property. The front desk was lack luster and did not recognize my lifetime platinum status. We were put in a small dark room that was not very clean. The couch had crumbs and a jar of Vaseline on the floor. We went back down and asked to change rooms. There was no accountability or apology for the unclean room. We were moved to a second floor room that was ok. We canceled the second night and moved to Hotel Vance which is 100 times better.

Requested to have my towels refreshed and never happened. Hotel manager did email me telling me they’ll do something about it, but unsure if I’ll come back.
