The place is outdated. The carpet is dirty behind the nightstand and the desktop was not vacuumed. Everything was shoved behind it. I had to get front desk to come and vacuum it. The ceilings are gross. Dirty bathroom is not clean and maintain kind of risky sleeping on that bed since everything else was dirty. Blankets are outdated could use some new ones along with the towels missing some thread I don't recommend staying here.

The room was incredibly dirty. There was a blood stain on the curtain, white substances on the floor, broken outlets, a broken smoke detector, smelled like smoke, dust everywhere, curtains would not close all the way, shower was clogged, air conditioner was broken, and mold was growing on the ceiling. Instead of apologizing, addressing the issues, and/or fixing them, we were immediately transferred to another room. This next room was of equal, if not in worse, conditions than the previous room. It felt like a consequence for bringing the condition of the room to their attention. We did not remain for the entire planned duration of our trip due to these unbearable, inhabitable conditions. We departed from the hotel instantly in search of another hotel to stay at for a decent night of rest. Once the conditions were discussed at length with the manager, a full refund was not granted. Pictures provided online were heavily altered. It was a waste of time, money, and effort. I truly hope no one else has the misfortune of staying here.

Booked on hotels.com for a suite. Arrived and was told it was not clean and wouldn’t be until the next morning. Put us in a room that was much smaller and barely accommodated our family size. The room we were put in was dirty and bathroom light was broken. Then moved to another room of the same size. Next day in the afternoon was told the suite was still not available. When we checked out, was told with a smile that oh the suite is now clean.. asked for a refund since we paid for a larger room and was told they could do if I call only. Don’t recommend and this hotel is also not in the best area.
