The room was clean, it is in walking distance to everything you want to do in downtown Nashville. But the staff were amazing. They were all so incredibly nice and polite and really helpful.

The hotel was in a very convenient location, especially if you’re going to Nissan Stadium. Convenient to local area bars and to downtown Nashville. The hotel is a little dated, but the beds were comfortable. The AC worked and staff were very friendly.

We booked 3 nights and our flight got cancelled so we missed the first night. The hotel refused to give us a refund for the missed night due to the flight cancellation which was obviously out of our control.
