Clean and maintained but certainly an older building. It should be made plain by either the hotel itself or the advertising website that this 2-floor hotel DOES NOT have an elevator nor are the stairwells equipped with handrails on *both* sides. All the staff were extremely helpful! Since there were no 1st-floor rooms available, changing rooms wasn't possible. They brought my luggage to and from the room and were audibly sympathetic as they watched me slowly struggle up and down the stairs. Travelers with mobility issues or who aren't able to carry their luggage up/down stairs should be aware.

The room i was given, on the ground floor, was loud as my next door neighbors & hotel guests in the parking lot outside my room, were loud and the no insulation exists…

Very dissatisfied that there was no elevator. It was noted in details page concerning fees, etc. I would Never have stayed here if no elevator was listed. The elevator situation should have been on front page of listing- My husband is not able to easily use stairs as he is recovering from a broken ankle. This facility misrepresented their ability to provide adequate, safe environment for us to use. I was quite sorry to see sooooo many pets. They barked a lot, peed on floors, and were not properly restrained as they bolted from their owners and jumped on us, licked our legs: UGH! Perhaps owners don't realize not everyone is wild about dogs everywhere! I like dogs- but prefer my vacations without pets that I'm not sure are safe to be around. We cant return to this hotel and do not recommend this hotel to anyone with physical issues or not wanting to be inundated with dogs. Bed was comfortable and clean, breakfast was ok. Staff were kind, but didnt help get us safely to room. PLEASE make a change to listing to make sure people are aware of No ELEVATOR! This was a dangerous situation for us.
