It's sad that the only way we can judge a hotel is by the pictures that are posted. When we pulled up to this property, the parking lot, the stairwells, the elevator, and all around the outside of the building was pretty rundown and definitely not very clean. Thank goodness the inside of the room was clean, but the bed felt like a piece of soft foam, not a mattress. Both of us sunk in and it was very uncomfortable. The safe in the room was broken. No full length mirrors anywhere We did get an ocean view as promised, and the small balcony was nice for watching the sunset. We weren't expecting Hyatt or Hilton quality, but this was made to look nicer than it really is. Would not go back.

DAT SHIFT WAS GREAT!!! love her . 3-11 not so,helpful,,1] example ,parking might be across the street. more helpful would have be parking is with ,the hotel across the street. It was not available I knew we only had one spot. I didnt know how difficult it would be to find a second. The Hyatt was available. not across the street.
