The staff were very helpful and attentive. As we were leaving they asked if everything had been satisfactory. Never get asked this usually. Good breakfast. Excellent location close to all bars, restaurants and amenities

Good hotel super central in Santa Polo. Staff is great, breakfast was good. Beds are comfortable. However. We had the suite on the ground floor, which is spacious but has a lot of drawbacks: No view outside (only a frosted glass window to the street). And the room is not for noise sensitive people: Your clearly hear what's going on at the reception all the time and the room above has it's bathroom above the bed apparently. So you hear clearly when the guests above have a shower, go to the toilet etc. For that the room is a 3 out of 5, but the hotel in general is a 5.
