Extremely disappointing stay and not worth what we paid. We arrived late after driving from Fresno to Glendale, and no one was available to check us in. We waited about 40–45 minutes, exhausted from the drive, only to find out our reservation had apparently been canceled because we arrived late. They eventually found it and checked us in. Around 7:30 AM on SATURDAY, we were woken by loud construction—sawing and banging on the floors above us. There was no warning about construction when we booked. Breakfast was advertised as included and appeared to be an actual breakfast/buffet. Instead, it was supposed to be grab-and-go, and even that wasn’t available because their shipment hadn’t arrived. The Wi-Fi didn’t work the first day and kept giving me an error. Cell reception was horrible, so I could barely use my phone or apps. The room was also dirty. Our kids’ socks turned BLACK from walking on the floors. When my wife asked for clean towels, she was told she had to bring the old wet, dirty towels downstairs before they would give her replacements. After all of this, I couldn’t even get a refund. We seriously overpaid for a terrible experience. I would not stay here again or recommend this location.

Staff at check in and as super friendly. They’re remodeling so I don’t have a really good idea of how it truly is. I was given one of the recently remodeled rooms…the “new” bed was really hard even for a memory foam type mattress it was especially firm. Only real complaint is that there is a food truck that parks on the street at the end of the parking lot and there’s lots of people milling around in the parking lot that aren’t guests. This was late in the evening then again in the morning when I left.

Clean room, wonderful staff upon check-in, excellent parking, kitchen was amazing. Would be nice if there were less cigarette butts in the parking lot area. But other than that we had an amazing stay! Oh yes Amazing Price as well!!
