need more help with the breakfast area on the weekends poor lady was overwhelmed all by herself and Hot was a awesome feature but is currently in need of repair definitely need to get it fixed asap that’s a great added bonus pool was good the surface around it needs to be sealed before it’s to far gone i’ve stayed here many times and will not hesitate to come back. just needs some TLC

This place is a dump. Huge sprawling 70 year old hotel outdated. Had 3 rooms and 2 of them showers did not drain so you stand in 4 inches of dirty water with who knows what germs and bacteria from the 100 people that used the shower before. In addition one of the rooms bathroom sink didn't drain as you spit your toothpaste in a sink full of water. Also get a call at 11;15 am to tell me checkout is at 11am when the wall plate on the door (picture takin) says 12pm. Front desk and housekeeping person continued o argue with me stating its still 11am check out and the owner is suppose to be changing the wall plates. 100% recommend staying there if this is what kind of guest experiences ou and your family would like! We will be staying at Holiday Inn Express from now on across the street. We visit Lapeer Days every year.
