Booked a 2 bed room only to get in the room and it was a 1 full size accessible room. I quickly called to let them know I booked a different room only to be told there was nothing they could do as they were "sold out". We supposedly were the last ones in the hotel (5 hour drive) and since it was lose to midnight when we checked in, all other rooms were taken. 10 minutes later I see a bunch of airline pilots and workers check in and get rooms. They told me I could be accommodated in the morning. My wife called and checked in with them about getting the correct room, we received no call and by the time we get back from our Saturday event, there were no rooms available. The lady was rude at times and her story conflicted with my wife's about how they were going to accommodate us. They gave us a roll away bed but it couldn't fit in the room we had so that was a waste. There was loud banging all morning (Sunday) long and was told it was probably the elevator system. We were finally moved to our correct room for 1 of the 3 nights we stayed there. I will never stay at a Double Tree, especially this one, again as I felt disrespected and uncared for as a paying customer.

It is a bit dated. I am sure it was nice back-in-the-day.

Rooms were clean bed was Ok but beginning to breakdown a lump in middle. Checking was nice free cookie & 2 bottles of water. Next morning Breakfast cost us $18. per person. Thought it was comped or at least continental breakfast free, but no. bar doesn't open till 5PM, and limited selection of booze. Not really top shelf.
