Room was fine the breakfast coffee machine was not working not much variety the air con in one of my room booking was not working hotel had no key cards left at check in on the website stated parking available did not realise I had to pay extra on check in

On arrival we were told we had to pay for parking - this was not made clear on the booking. There had maintenance completed in our room to a poor standard and the excess dust had not been cleaned at all so the room was very dusty. There were also lots of cobwebs and dirty walls. The shower had no shower head, the cubicle and soap dispensers were full of mould. One of the towels was dirty. There was a hole in the bathroom wall which appeared to go into the space next to our room, this was uncomfortable. The carpark was FULL of rubbish. There was no ironing board in the room. The room fridge smelled so bad, was dirty and not working properly. The pancake batter machine broke and leaked batter all over the sides and floor, no wet floor signs were put out. Staff cleaned the floor and then used the same cloth to wipe the work surface. One member of staff even wiped her shoes before wiping the worktop. A black binbag of rubbish was left in the middle of the breakfast food service area. Another guest waited 20 minutes for a member of staff to get him a spoon for his daughter’s breakfast. The tables were full of dirty crockery and cutlery, no one seemed to be clearing these. On check out the manager checked us out of the wrong room number despite being told our room number twice. Morning staff were ignorant and rude, the manager literally ignored the man asking for cutlery and walked past him as if she hadn’t heard him. I have more photos and videos if required.
