This is such a lovely hotel, near Barons Court and Hammersmith tube lines. Staff are always helpful and the rooms are lovely. Took a star off this review as there was no room service on a Saturday night.

Do not stay in the Churchill Suite!! It’s a downstairs room with no windows. The throw at end of the bed was stained yellow and had black hair on it(disgusting! The worse thing was the constant stream of footsteps from early morning till late at night above our heads, it could drive you mad. The staff at the Melody were incredibly kind, and helpful. Front desk, not so much. There is no early check-in, horrible for people who have flown overnight, and it’s 3 am where they came from. Hotel needs major updates, carpeting is well worn throughout. The showers are new walk-ins, so that was a plus! Not my favorite neighborhood in London!
