The building lost power at 10:30 at night and never came back on before I left at 8:30 the next morning. No air conditioning, tv, lights, I had food in the refrigerator, no Wi-Fi. I have reached out and never get a response. Very frustrating and disappointing.

When arrived there was no power. While the power outage was due to a storm, we were not contacted ahead of time of the situation. They did nothing to make the situation right. The power didn't come on until 2 in the morning. We were on the 3rd floor so we had to carry our stuff up 3 flights of stairs. The hallways had no lights and we were not sorry they didn't have any flashlights. No hot water since there was no power. We were told we could open the windows, they opened about an inch. There was no bedding for the pull out, so I had to go back down 3 flights of stairs to get that. I was told they might have stains on them because they weren't able to do laundry and they were older bedding. Couldn't charge any of our phones to make sure we had a way to wake up. Maybe had we known we would have stopped before we got there or changed our plans.
