The location was great, easy to walk through the upper and lower old town. We had the balcony room and it was as great as advertised. The staff were very friendly and helpful with recommendations for meals and parking.

This is a very convenient hotel. It's just one block away from a main street, but it feels like it's a world away. However, the place needs some TLC. Paint was pealing, there were no shelves or hooks in the bathroom, some holes in the bathroom walls were plugged with toilet paper, and dry wall from upstairs rained down into our room. Not great.
