Unfortunately I find myself writing a poor review … which I really don’t like doing. The pictures of this hotel on Hotels.com do not reflect anything like the reality of the property at this time. Both the website entry and the hotel signage advertise a restaurant, which doesn’t exist. Whilst the bed was extremely comfortable the carpet in my room could only be described as filthy. Everywhere needs a freshen up and the breakfast offering was frankly very poor. I was working in the area and had everything explained to me by a local who told me that the hotel had benefitted from a Government contract. It seems clear that the management have profited from that situation but completely failed to reinvest in the property. If the hotel could be returned to its former glory I’d be more than happy to return, but not as it is. Sorry.

The room had a dis-used smell on entry even with the window open it was also very warm (checked in at 2200) bedding was clean but with some sign of old stains, disappointing to find no hanging rail in the room and no where to hang clothes. Free self service continental breakfast and help your self coffee machine. Over all it was handy location and accepted pets.
