I’m not sure what to mention about this property. It is located at a great location because it’s right across the street from the beach at the lovers point park and the staff was very friendly and helpful. However. The property itself was terrible. The rooms aren’t properly cleaned and it could be because they have the housekeepers using vacuum cleaners from the 90’s. The carpet always has sand particles and I wonder if that could be from the beach being so close but anyway that’s something a good vacuum will take care of. The property also smells like sewage. Not ocean water, not clean air fresheners or cleaners, but straight up sewage. I’m pretty sure all of the tubing is filthy and has not been replaced when it has needed to do so. It’s so bad when you wash your hands, flush the toilet the smell comes out so I think it’s definitely coming from the water pipes. And if you want to brush your teeth you will gag because I did plenty of times while I stayed there. Also, if your room needs to get maintenance done by something a housekeeper broke they don’t call you to inform you what happened they just go into your room so you find them inside. The maintenance guy was very nice and friendly I had no problem with him at all. I’m just simply writing my review based on my experience and perspective. I wish the property was better maintained and I know the staff has no fault in these issues because they aren’t given the correct resources to have a better representation.
