On arrival told the lifts were out of order fortunately they moved us from 5th floor to 1st, for which we were greatful The location was brill close to everything we wanted and only a short walk to the docks Room was basic but clean,

The lift was broke, there was sick and a cup on the stairs for 2 days so I don’t think they a cleaner. They place stunk of urine there’s literally no hotel car park so you have to pay 26 a day. People shouting in there rooms with the television blaring to probably drown out sounds that were going on. Something shifty about this place. Don’t waist your money or time as the reception also lies.

Great location room was basic very small clean inside room view from room was shocking no lift which they did inform us of before staying the 3 flights of stairs were tough staff were helpful on arrival
