Beautiful clean hotel with so many amenities for all ages. Staff are all so friendly and helpful. The rooms were immaculate and offered everything you need. Definitely will be back!

Booked a standard king room was given a wheelchair accessible room, was not pleased with the room. Completely open concept in bathroom not a standard king. Unsure why I was given an accessible room. This was my third visit to the hard rock in one month. I was very pleased. My first visit. The last two not so much. Last visit I had booked a suite was not what was advertised on website, suite was smaller than a standard king. Under bed lighting did not work. No late checkout accommodations both stays. Requested a new room was moved, much more accommodating and what I expected. This visit, again under bed lighting was not fully working, only half the bed was functional. Does not seem like rooms are checked prior to arrival as these things should be in good working order. After making review on my last visit, I was contacted by email stating if we would like to give it another chance I could book directly through sender, I Was told late checkouts are hard to accommodate on weekdays. I responded to this email, stating that I had already booked another stay. With a request for a certain room and a late checkout. I did not get a response of any kind. A late checkout had been put onto my account, did not use as I was unhappy with room, checked out at regular time. Would’ve appreciated a standard king room as that is what I booked not a accessible room. I book with the best and I expect to get what I pay for. Last two stays were unsatisfactory, as was no response to my email.
