At check-in, the clerk was ignoring us to play a frog game with another guest. The second day, we did not get maid service. When I went to the desk, she asked if we had requested it, and I replied no. The clerk then said she would bring towels and coffee to the room. It did not happen. Sooo the following morning, I requested maid service from the clerk at the front desk; he took note and assured us it would happen. Again, when we returned after being out all day. NO SERVICE!!! We met a maid in the hall who brought us towels and coffee. What is the use of asking for a basic service and being assured it would happen if it does not!!! Our room key locked us out twice, the clerk at the front desk told us it happens sometimes, but twice?

Hotel 3rd floor garden view room/balcony was large, spacious, and comfortable; bathroom amenities/coffee were minimal and average.Property was well kept/clean; pool, spa(s), and hot spring water was AMAZING! 1hr message was enjoyable but pricey; locker room and facilities were clean and well kept. We DEFINITELY recommend staying and experiencing the resort! Hourly use of the mineral pools available.
