Stayed here overnight because it was close to the lake start of our triathlon. It’s not pretty from the outside, looks like an old motel, but the unit was clean, the a/c and tv worked, and it was great to have kitchen facilities to make oatmeal and prep race nutrition (bring your own bowls, utensils, etc, per their online guidance). No staff on site, but instructions for accessing the unit were clearly communicated via a texted video.

The no receptionist code panel worked out well. Restaurants and a Sheetz with easy walk.

The air conditioner was right next to the couch where the only tv was so I couldn’t comfortably sleep (no tv or ac in the room with the bed) or watch tv. There was no toilet paper anywhere but some open ones in a room. The bathroom was very dirty and there was no extra security to make sure no one could go into the room.
