Lovely, cozy room and inn. Very helpful and friendly staff. Convenient walk to beach and town area. Would stay here again!

The Anchor Inn is an charming old house located a couple of street from the action downtown. I would point out that these old houses have paper thin walls and old plumbing and very small bathrooms so be prepared for a tiny shower stall and hearing every thing from your fellow guests.

Breakfast options were fantastic Saturday but Sunday very little bagels/muffins and staff could not locate any more at 8 am. Bathroom was very unacceptable. Having the sink in our bedroom is less than desirable. My husband could not go to the bathroom and close the door. The charm of an older inn is lovely.
