Very Disappointing Stay – Not as Advertised Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing and fell far short of what was advertised online. The cleanliness and overall condition of the hotel were completely unacceptable. The curtains and blinds in our room were visibly stained and dirty. The mattress was also visibly stained and unclean, which was particularly concerning and made the bed feel unhygienic and uncomfortable. The condition of the areas leading to our room was equally disappointing. The corridors and carpets were visibly dirty and stained, with rubbish left on the carpet. The general condition of the building gave the impression that it was poorly maintained and not cleaned to any 2 star hotel standard. We found rubbish hidden in the corner beside one of the beds in our room. The condition of the hotel was so uncomfortable for my partner that she could not stay for even 10 minutes. She had to leave and find another hotel for the night. I decided to stay, hoping that the situation might be better than it initially appeared and that I should give the hotel the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately, that was a mistake. The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable, and I had a very poor night's sleep. I woke up with aches and pains in my back, legs and neck. We were staying at the hotel because we were attending a business conference, so having such an uncomfortable night had a direct impact on the following day. I woke up with a headache and was not

I was disgusted with the smell,the wallpaper hanging off the walls the windows were sealed shut(definitely a health and safety concern)the noise from doors slamming,there was not one member of staff present at any time at all,no meet and greet absolutely the worst hotel and stay I have ever experienced,this place needs serious attention,
