The location is the only positive point of it. The housekeeping service was terrible; over the course of four days, we requested room cleaning, but the room was never actually cleaned during our entire stay—only the towels were changed. The bathroom was dirty, with hair and leftover toiletries from previous guests, and the sink faucet was grimy. The bed linens were never changed. The air conditioning unit was dirty. Cleaning and maintenance standards fall far below what one would expect from a 4-star hotel. The overall condition of the property was disappointing. The staff did not seem very reliable when dealing with issues raised by guests. Given the room conditions and the level of service provided, I cannot recommend this hotel. The location is good, but that is the establishment's only positive aspect.

Very nicely located hotel. No elevator. Close to Noting Hill and Hyde park. Not far from the tube station.
