A few major problems we've experienced: - there was no AC. We've asked them multiple times, the staff kept saying that they'd fix it through the manager, but did that manager ever existed? At least that person never showed up nor fix the AC. And in Summer Athens, that gets quickly unbearable. I also saw that they can decide from the front desk who gets AC and which air speed each room deserves to have individually - our room was a serious design misconception: the bed faces the elevator, but there is no door: your room door is the elevator (you read that right). From 6am to 1am, you hear every single action of the elevator. Also, if someone is in the elevator and you ask at the same time: that person lands straight in your bedroom. I still don't understand how that was ever considered acceptable but anyway - there is a fun thing within customers who can tell who is on their first night and who is not by the fact that if you are going to the included breakfast, that can only be because it's your first night and you don't know yet. The breakfast was in a really sad room, and I've never seen so little choice, no refills, and such poor quality. Kudos to the coffee, who is probably the worst I've ever had. Other than that the staff is friendly and helpful. But everything else was so odd... When asked through hotels.com for assistance regarding the AC, they even started lying. At that price point you have plenty of better options in the neighborhood

The Good: I stayed at this hotel for three nights, and the best aspect of our stay was definitely the location. It is very well situated and incredibly close to the historical area, which makes exploring the surroundings very convenient. Additionally, the staff members we interacted with were friendly and polite. The Bad: Unfortunately, the stay was quite disappointing, especially considering the hotel was a expensive. My biggest complaint is that we felt completely misled by the room we were given. It practically didn't have a window—just an opening facing a solid wall, which meant we hadn't much natural light. This room should clearly be classified under a different, lower category so that future customers aren't tricked like I was. When we complained, the staff was polite but showed no real concern or effort to resolve the issue. The room conditions were also lacking: the shower was small and completely lacked a curtain or a door, making it impossible to take a shower without wetting the entire bathroom. To make things worse, during our first two days, we had ants crawling out of the shower drain. Also, the housekeeping service was very poor, not always did empty the trash, clean the drain and the lavatory. Overall, it did not feel like a good value for the money.
