I felt like I was in the getto. Too many stairs and the front desk was unorganized and not very attentive. We paid for a week and stayed one night bc there were shady folks hanging about that i did not feel safe around

Staff was not friendly or professional. The manager hung up on one of my colleagues that was trying to pay over the phone for additional rooms. No cleaning service for the 10 days that we were there and provide only one roll of toilet paper per week.
