The property was nice, and the location was good. However, I think there are several areas that could be improved to make the property more attractive, comfortable, and inviting, encouraging guests to return. First, I recommend replacing all the towels. They are no longer white and have a somewhat dirty, worn appearance. They also have a strong bleach/Clorox smell, which makes them feel less fresh. The living area could also use some attention. Adding more decorations, nicer and more comfortable furniture, a small desk, and a table lamp would make the space feel much more welcoming and homey. The TV cables are currently hanging and should be properly hidden for a cleaner appearance. I would also recommend adding a microwave, which would be a very useful amenity for guests. Overall, I think the property has good potential, but more attention to the details, comfort, and décor would make a big difference. The goal should be to create a space that feels clean, cozy, comfortable, and like a home away from home.

it is very close to the bus station. The room is clean. I saw people complained about the noise from a nearby bar and safety around the Omonia region, but I didn't hear anything. Also, I didn't go out at late night, so I didn't experience anything bad either.
