The owner helped with where the historic places were and suggested places we didn’t know about. The breakfast was wonderful. They had biscuits and gravy, all homemade. Homemade banana bread and homemade breakfast burritos. Juices, milk and yogurt were also available The place is old but in good shape. The area was quiet and we slept well. We also got a map of the entire area as we were leaving. We were satisfied with our stay. There is a really good bar and grill just a few yards away.

My hubby and son stay there every year on the way to Sturgis. The owner and staff are always very friendly, rooms are very clean, rates are great and there's an adorable cat who visits my son every year as they enjoy the Wyoming sunsets while relaxing outside. 1000% highly recommend.

Staff is nice but all the positive reviews were misleading. Our room was full of flies. Not one or two but at least a dozen. I was killing flies most of the evening. I could see the flies in the windows of other rooms too. The bathroom was shabby and the clasp on the door was broken. The TV didn’t work. The mattresses were very worn. People rave about the breakfast and there are pictures online of fresh home baked goods and other things but there were no baked goods or fresh pancakes. There were breakfast burritos and biscuits and gravy but just frozen waffles and cereal otherwise. The coffee was nearly empty. I feel bad leaving a negative review but it was a big let down for our family.
