Only two good things great location and view was lovely the rest of the stay was a disaster. Room old and dated,definitely not the cleanest, mould in the floors of the bathroom,shower screen & walls.Room floor really uneven loose floorboards.Carpet really old and unclean.Door to the room nightmare to open as if it was stuck. Went for a meal one of the nights to be asked if we had a reservation we didn’t,couple sitting tried to tell the girl they were leaving we could have there table to which she replied “ill be with you in a minute” rather rudely.So when my partner asked if they had a later time “ohh yes we do” (30 minutes later) basically they were going to just let us walk out making out it was fully booked for the night.Came back at 8pm placed our order and waited over an hour for our food which wasn’t that great.We were actually on the verge of paying for our two drinks and just leaving because we were starving.All the young girl staff just stood at the bar screaming,screeching talking utter nonsense the whole time we were there extremely annoying and far from doing there job properly. Would definitely not recommend this hotel or restaurant to anyone there is much better in Lossiemouth we certainly won’t be back.
