24 hour gym made a big difference for an early start the next day. Good breakfast and really enjoyed the pizza in the bar the night before. Only down side was the remote control for the TV in the room was broken so changing channels was harder.

I would expect more than 2 teabags and a milk in my room in a 4 star hotel. There was no air con and it was a hot evening. I left my phone charger and contacted them by phone and email but they didn’t get back to me. I tried to call reception from my room and no answer. Breakfast was average, bar was lovely and room clean and very tidy.

No help from reception when we out in the wrong room, twice ! Made a joke and laughed to myself and my mum that we could share a bed like old times !!! Have sent a complaint email and heard nothing !
