Great location, close to the underground and walking distance to Kensington Palace, Hyde Park and Nature museum. It was clean. Good for a family, Has the basics. Hairdryer in the room didn’t work. Dinner was ok, it was convenient but not fantastic. I would recommend staying there as it met our basic needs.

This may not be a luxury hotel but if your purpose to visit London is sightseeing/travel etc, this is a very practical & perfectly located hotel with amazingly helpful staff & an excellent breakfast to kickstart your day!
