Breakfast was good. Room is spacious. The hotel is clean and a good place to stay, just a little scary to roam outside at night because there are some homeless people on the streets.

The neighbourhood was shady. However didn’t feel unsafe bcs we are used to live in a big city and travel. I understand why it can feel unsafe for some - prostitutes and grug addictics just right outside, garbage everywhere. The receptionists were all nice, the restaurant staff not so much. It seems like they hated their job - no good morning or a smile. The breakfast is poor quality and not so much choice. It seems by the taste that the scrambled eggs were made from powder eggs, and the ham is not even ham but a ham sausage. The bathroom was so small that the door could open only halv way.

Really appreciated the very friendly and helpful hotel staff. Room was large, clean, and comfortable. All was really fine with the hotel and service. Only concern was more with the neighborhood which is not great. Felt unsafe to walk at night. I realize the hotel can't control that but it's good for travelers to know.
