We booked an accessible room with a roll-in shower. The hotel is undergoing renovations and there was no ramp for a wheel chair to be rolled up at any door for entry into the hotel. The room was not adequate for a wheel chair, the entry way into the room was somewhat spacious, but you could not fit a wheel chair between the beds and it barely fit thru to the beds. The bathroom was outfitted with only 1 grab bar by the toilet. The shower was a roll in shower, but no pull down chair, so nothing to sit on in the shower. The room had been recently renovated with new fixtures and the room was clean, but we were terribly upset that this hotel was not easily accessible and was a huge disappointment. This was the 3rd time that we have had unacceptable accessible rooms booking with hotels.com.

Helpful staff—but the room was listed as “sleeps five” but only had two queen beds. The staff wheeled in a folding cot after a while, so they made it right. But still frustrating to find a room that didn’t match the promise.
