The room was in a corridor between the buildings, no natural daylight. Full blinds blocking all other light made it quite grotty. Floor unclean and bath tatty. A lot of the building and stairs were cut off as they were falling down, potentially dangerous. However, breakfast was good and the pool lovely. Seems whenever we use Booking. Com we seem to get bad rooms!

Room 214 (Checked in on Sunday 23rd Aug and Checked out on Wednesday 26th Aug 2026). (1). After sleeping in for the first Sunday night, on Monday early morning I reported at the Reception that there was Water Dripping from Bath Tub and it's noise disturbed my sleeping, but it was NOT fixed until after Monday and Tuesday nights. (2). No heater available with Air Conditioning in the room, but Too much Dust came out when it was switched on and it's filters were NOT cleaned and was full of dust smell and gave me allergies from dust from air conditioning machine. (3). Housekeeping (Room service) did not do well and refill tea, coffee, soap, shampoo and did not clean mugs on Tuesday morning (although it meant to be doing it properly daily). Couldn't sleep well at all for 3 nights due to Water Dripping noise from Bathroom. Offered to swap or change the room on Tuesday late night at around 9 pm but too late and too late as no point moving around as a hassle as I am going to check out soon on Wednesday early morning. Hotel location is good and staff are friendly and apologetic BUT nothing was fixed and done quickly and efficiently.
