The hotel was excellent overall. From the staff, Laurent was by far the most helpful and kindest (even helping me by writing an entire greeting card in Greek!), however the other staff also made an effort to make sure we were taken care of. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a wide variety of options, and front desk always provided us with extra towels. One huge downside was the dripping noise coming from the bathroom which front desk brushed off as "normal". We had to close both the toilet and the door to prevent hearing it, but I needed earplugs to muffle the sound entirely because it could still be heard. If not for that, I'd rate it 5 stars.
