This was a business stay. I didn't like the fact that it was paid parking, which I didn't notice on the HOTELS.COM page. I also got up early the next morning to use the business center, to find out the printer didn't work. And while the two ladies behind the desk said they could print something for me, neither of them had access to the email where the document was sent. This was not a "business" experience. The hotel was clean and close to the Stock Yards.

I was placed in a double bed room, I choose and ordered a king bed. I went to the desk when I walked in the room and they refused to switch. At first the excuse was because I booked on Expedia and that is what Expedia put me in. Then when I showed the receipt of my king bed she said for some reason the computer won’t let me switch you. Me being a large person I got no sleep because my wife and me couldn’t even turn over. And I don’t like sleeping alone. A terrible night for us!!
