Long story short- very dirty place. Not maintained very well, and the staff is not very accommodating. My room was dusty and floors were dirty. Their policy is also to NOT flush toilet paper after use… Positives, AC was good/plenty of parking lol

I was talking with a customer service person on the chat box and got past the robot and I set my phone down and my finger touch it or something so it ended whatever chat had anyways had a room reserved and showed up and they said we see your name, but we have no rooms. This is unacceptable.
