Even after booking Executive Room, my stay at the Academia Marriott was incredibly frustrating. The property is located on hill terrain, requiring you to drag your luggage down the stairs just to reach reception. After dealing with late check-in and rigidly unhelpful staff, I found the room to be reasonable but AC unit wasn't cold. Amenities include very small gym with only one treadmill for the entire hotel. No value for money as there are much better options available.
