We were traveling as a large family group. The staff was very helpful. They moved our rooms so we could be on the same floor. They helped with extra bedding and towels with no issues. The breakfast was great with mornings. The beds were soft and the pull out couch wasn't terrible. Even though they were in the process of remodeling, it was a good experience.

Someone puked in the pool and on the floor of the pool room almost 24 hours prior to us arriving and no one had cleaned it up. We were told the pool and hot tub were closed until Monday…and the vomit was still on the floor when we checked out. We specifically chose this hotel because it was one of two hotels that had a hot tub…I asked upon check in about pool and hot tub hours and I was told it closes at 10. An hour later when I tried to go to the hot tub I was told she had forgotten it was closed, I was refused a refund and told I would have to speak to management in the am. The next morning the manager was rude, refused to listen to me or my complaint and told me to call corporate Monday. I told her no that I would call the BBB instead and it was then I was offered a refund which I declined and called the BBB the next day.
