There was a very large queue at reception due to the NATS airport closures resulting in many travellers arriving late. Our room desk wall electrical sockets dis not work preventing use of tea maker, hairdryer and our own electrical equipment. However on complaining and seeking compensation we were provided with complimentary breakfasts by the helpful duty manager.
