First impression was not great with a panhandler by the front door. Front desk employee complained about the panhandler, said she had asked her to leave, but appeared that she was going to have to call the police. Employee did not want to be mean, but needed PH gone, as this was a business. Other than the first impression, the hotel was very nice, had a nice, spacious, clean room. Refrigerator with separate freezer compartment was wonderful so I could freeze my ice packs. The breakfast was a great buffet with a wide selection of various foods.
