I was pleasantly surprised at first to have received a so called upgraded room, only to find my SINGLE BED was positioned opposite the toilet. The beds were all on wheels (could not stop beds moving). The shower was only to be able to be used without cold water and very low pressure. Every door squeeked and difficult to open quietly. The cheapest coffee.... NOT GOOD VALUE for money at all. We were not told next door was a construction site either. The only positive thing was a decent mattress.
