Arrived after a 7hr drive to be told the elevator was broken and the only rooms left were on the 3rd and 4th floors. We had a family member on oxygen and that was NOT going to work. I had booked a handicapped room at least a month prior. Very disappointed. The clerk did recommend the Comfort Inn down the street but could/would not provide the phone number. Needless to say we did not stay here.

The hotel was clean, the rooms were really nice, and had such comfortable beds and so many pillows! The staff was friendly; they gave us a list of local restaurants at check in. The breakfast was delicious! Would stay there again.

I loved this hotel! The staff, food, amenities, were all great and exceeded my expectations. Probably the best hotel in Portales and Clovis NM.
