I would say that you get what you pay for. But I have paid the same rate for a different hotel that was WAY better within blocks. The staff was very curious.

There was a bag of food in my nightstand. No AC or screen on the window so I had to choose between burning up or getting eaten by mosquitoes. Great location but terrible property
