The cleaning staff del try to keep the place as clean as possible but the hotel room was damp and a little smelly (3rd floor) Damage on wall at front desk. Dirty carpet. Just feels icky. Pretty loud … Walls must be paper thin.

I have been stopping there at least twice a year for about 10 years. The wall behind the front desk has been damaged that whole time. At what point do you do minor repairs? After all that’s the first thing you see when you go into the lobby. When I walked into my room, it immediately smelled musty. So my first thoughts are of mold. They actually have signs in the rooms about “breathing easy”. I truly believe all customers ask for is well maintained, clean and at a fair price.

Super clean room...and LOVED the window seat and the unlimited juice bar. Would be nice if rooms had drawers...
