the room had dirt on the walls, the wallpaper was peeling, the furniture was broken, dirt near the sink and in the bathroom

It’s ok if it was cheaper but for their prices even at Singapore standard is quite high for what you get. The room in general is ok, just small. But the bathroom and shower are terrible . Water pressure is slow and taps are falling apart . The lifts are always under maintenance. Wouldn’t really recommend unless you HAVE to live nearby
