Old? Yes. Safe, clean, and very nice and helpful staff? Yes. Not fancy. Not new, hip, or tech forward. But that’s what’s great about this place. Had a nice pancake, eggs, bacon breakfast at the attached Pancake house, after a vanilla, almond milk latte from the espresso hut in the adjacent lot. Was visiting for a marathon and gladly paid $25 for late checkout (2:00pm). Would absolutely stay here again.

No air conditioning on a very warm summer day. The AC unit was a floor unit with an intake taped to the window. It kept tripping the circuit multiple times; the staff told us to not use the AC after bringing a long extension cord and trying different outlets that also tripped. Bathroom was disgustingly and there was absolutely no hot water. We literally ran out of there at 3am for our marathon - you could tell the staff was annoyed and we just stopped asking for the breaker to be reset.
