I really like the staff and the location. I could literally crawl to the beach. Parking was fine and abundant. Mostly I'd say this was a family hang out. I was solo, but I felt very welcomed and comfortable. One returnee was barbequing one night. I walked a couple of blocks to Dollar General for food supplies. Also nearby is a Piggly Wiggly supermarket. I bought frozen fish and tartar sauce and I ate it on my balcony over looking the ocean. This was better than the $55 seafood buffet nearby. I enjoyed the staffs stories about the past owners of the surrounding old hotels. For instance, a woman owned the brick hotel across the street. And she sat in the lobby with a as hot gun! That was her version of security...lol. Enjoy your stay. I did, and I will return again and again.

You're so close to the beach you can crawl to it. Towels are clean and you have plenty. Cleaning can be better. All glass should be cleaned. Floors should be moped, they are just sweped. Bottoms of my feet got really dirty. Also toilets use a spray bottle with disinfectant after each family leaves. I could smell another person's urine before me. I stayed in 3 different rooms, and the smell of previous person's urine was present. Price is very reasonable. Enjoy NOW, because you can tell with all the new expensive building going on prices will go up. I really appreciated the fridge, oven and microwave. I went to Dollar Gen a couple of blocks away for milk, coffee, yogurt, fish, lasagna. Eat and enjoy the view it's better than any restaurants $55 fish buffet?!?!

I was on bottom floor, and shower above was leaking water into my tub. I killed large roach one day.
