We have 4 primary issues with the hotel. Two of them were out of the hotel's control. There was a child who constantly ran and stomped in the room and hall above us...for 3 days, different hours. Very annoying. The area roads had many loud cars until 1 am. The hot tub barely had any circulation or jet action. It felt good though after a long day of shopping. Lastly, and most important, was that the toilet barely flushed. You had to hold down the handle the whole time and it struggled every single time.

Place is great , up to date and clean . Only big problem I had was the wifi . Non existent for me . Had to rely on my cell data . Disappointed about that since this is a quality named hotel chain
