I booked this hotel as my husband and I was going to the theatre. I wasn't expecting to much as sometimes photos always show a much better picture. We was blown away with how spotlessly clean the whole hotel was, the bed was really comfortable, and the shower was really good. There wasn't one bit of dust and all the chrome fittings were shiny and spotless. Breakfast was very nice it is continental so don't expect a fry up, but what they do put out was very tasty, especially the pastries. The hotel was very quiet considering how many people can stay there. We would definitely recommend this hotel it's definitely worth all 5 stars. Thank you to all the staff that made our stay amazing.

Location is one of the best. Walking distance to Oxford street, buckingham palace, shopping, restaurants, kiosk and everything. Small minus without refrigerator on the room sine the hotel has no bar or restaurant. Great Staff and nice rooms!
